银屑病治疗不当致汞中毒临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解银屑病治疗不当导致汞中毒的临床特点。方法分析总结北京朝阳医院14例因银屑病治疗不当导致汞中毒患者的临床特点,包括临床症状和体征、实验室检查指标以及治疗效果。结果 14例汞中毒患者均为使用中药偏方引起,其中熏蒸吸入者5例,口服者4例,外用者2例,口服联合外用者3例。汞中毒患者主要出现神经衰弱征候群、消化道症状、周围神经损害和肾脏损害。汞中毒的临床表现及化学检测结果均有其特异性。早期诊断和使用特效解毒剂治疗,多数患者能取得良好疗效。结论对银屑病进行规范治疗,避免治疗误区,对防止患者汞中毒的发生有重要意义。Objective To obtain a better understanding of the clinical features of mercury poisoning caused by improper treatment of psoriasis with Traditional Chinese Medicines. Methods The clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory tests and therapeutic effects of 14 mercury poisoning cases due to improper treatment of psoriasis diagnosed in Beijing Chao-yang Hospital were reanalyzed. Results All the 14 cases investigated were caused by improper treatment of psoriasis with Traditional Chinese Medicines, among whom, fumigation 5 cases, oral 4 cases, external 2 cases and oral combined with external use 3 cases. Neurasthenia syndrome, gastrointestinal symptoms, peripheral nerve damage and kidney damage were main manifestations. The clinical manifestations and toxic chemical test results were specific. Early diagnosis and effective toxicide were crucial for the treatment of this disease. Conclusion Standard treatment and correct dispose of psoriasis are essential to prevent mercury poisoning induced by Traditional Chinese Medicines.
