摘 要:随着当今工业化和城市化建设的快速发展,大气污染的情况日益加重,各种空气污染物如烟尘、悬浮颗粒物(particulate matter,PM)、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、臭氧、挥发性有机化合物等不断威胁着人类的健康;尤其是PM2.5,因其容易沉积于细支气管和肺泡,并可进入血液循环,引发人体发生一系列病理生理改变,最终导致疾病。近年来大多数研究关注PM2.5对呼吸系统和心血管系统的影响,针对PM2.5与变态反应性疾病的研究也逐渐增多。该文对PM2.5与变态反应性疾病的关系以及新认识进行综述。With the rapid development of industrialization and city construction, air pollution has become an increasingly serious problem. All kinds of air pollutants such as smoke and suspended particulate matter (PM), nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, ozone, volatile organiccompounds continue to threaten human health; especially the PM2.5 which can easily deposite in the bronchioles and alveoli, enter the human blood circulation, and causes a series of pathological and physiological changes, finally leading to the occurrence of the disease. In recent years, most of the research is focus on the impact of PM2.5 on respiratory and cardiovascular system, meanwhile the research on the relationship between PM2.5 and allergic diseases is also increasing gradually. This article reviews the relationship between PM2.5 and allergic diseases, on the basis of the summarization of the new understanding of allergic disease mechanisms.
