摘　　要：敏感性皮肤是对于常规刺激出现刺痛、烧灼、疼痛、瘙痒及麻刺感的一种综合征,可累及全身任何部位,常见于青年女性面部。近年来,该综合征的发病率及关注度逐渐提高,多种内外源性因素均可诱发患者不适症状,显著影响患者生活质量。敏感性皮肤的可能发病机制涉及皮肤屏障功能受损、神经源性炎症反应以及相关免疫细胞参与。该文就敏感性皮肤的流行病学、发病机制、诊断及治疗最新研究进展进行综述。Sensitive skin is a clinical syndrome defined by the occurrence of unpleasant sensations （stinging, burning, pain, pruritus, and tingling sensation） in response to normal stimuli. Sensitive skin can affect all body locations, commonly the young female face. Recent years, the incidence and social attention of this syndrome is increasing. Many endogenous and exogenous factors can induce unpleasant symptoms, which affects the patients＇ quality of life. The possible pathogenesis of sensitive skin includes disturbed barrier, neurogenic inflammation and related immune cells. This review summarizes current knowledge on the epidemiology, pathogenosis, diagnosis and therapy of sensitive skin.
