摘　　要：报告6例婴幼儿带状疱疹。男1例,女5例;年龄5个月~3岁;病程3~5 d。皮损符合带状疱疹特征,红斑、水疱呈簇集带状单侧分布,其中耳带状疱疹1例。在常规抗病毒综合治疗同时给予液氮冷喷擦拭和复方紫草油外用,疗效显著。Six cases of infantile herpes zoster are reported, with 1 male and 5 females, including a case of herpes zoster oticus. The age of the patients ranged from 5 months to 3 years. The course of disease was 3～5 d, the skin lesions were consistent with the features of herpes zoster, the erythema and vesicles were clustered and banded with unilateral distribution. In combination with conventional antiviral therapy, both liquid nitrogen cold spray and wipe and compound arnebia root oil were external used, and the curative effect was remarkable.
