下肢单发型浅表脂肪瘤样痣一例

摘　　要：41岁男性患者,右大腿结节逐渐增大14年。皮肤科情况:右大腿中部后外侧可见一处蚕豆大小淡褐色半球形结节,境界清楚,质地中等。组织病理示:表皮角化过度,真皮胶原纤维束间可见成群异位成熟的脂肪细胞分布,真皮浅层及血管周围可见单一核细胞浸润。诊断:单发型浅表脂肪瘤样痣。A 41-year-old male with an enlarged right thigh nodule for 14 years was reported. Physical examination revealed a solitary, hemispherical, well defined, non-tender nodule with light brown color in the right thigh. The nodule was roughly the size of a broad bean. Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratinization, scattered lobules of adipocytes distributed between bundles of dermal collagen fibers, and with the infiltration of a few mononuclear cells in upper dermis and around the vessels. Based on the aforementioned findings, a diagnosis of solitary nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis was established.
