摘　　要：首先对OFDI逆向技术溢出对产业结构优化的影响机理进行了详细分析,然后运用2003~2015年中国31个省(市)的样本数据进行实证检验,系统GMM检验结果表明,OFDI逆向技术溢出对产业结构优化具有正向影响,逆向技术溢出通过促进国内技术进步进而推动产业结构优化,同时对外开放度、金融发展水平、技术水平、人力资本、外商直接投资和基础设施状况都是促进产业结构优化的积极因素。最后将样本数据分为东部、中部和西部地区,分别进行实证检验,结果表明,东部、中部和西部地区的OFDI逆向技术溢出对产业结构优化都具有正向影响,东部地区的影响系数最大。Firstly, this paper analyzes the effect mechanism of outward for- eign direct investment reverse technology spillover on industrial structure optimiza- tion in detail. Then based on 31 provinces＇ sample data from 2003 to 2015, this paper analyzes the relation between China outward foreign direct investment re- verse teehnology spillover and industrial structure optimization. The system GMM test result shows that OFDI reverse technology spillover has a positive effect on industrial structure optimization. By promoting domestic technological progress, re- verse technology spillover can promote industrial structure optimization. The posi- tive factors which promote industrial structure optimization include openness, fi- nancial development, technology, human capital, foreign direct investment and in- frastructure. Finally, this paper analyzes the relation in east region, central region and western region respectively. The empirical result shows that there are positive relations in these three regions. The coefficient in east region is the biggest.
