摘　　要：OpenAt是一款基于GSM/GPRS无线CPU模块的嵌入式操作系统。OpenAt系统集成了基于GSM/GPRS无线CPU模块的大部分应用开发API函数库。DOTA是指系统远程无线升级功能。文章以Q2686无线CPU为模块为例,介绍OpenAt操作系统平台上的基于FTP的远程DOTA软件设计,为GSM/GPRS产品应用提供一种远程在线升级手段。With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, base station coverage is reduced, requiring the construction of the base station to ensure coverage. The domestic mobile communications market competition is fierce, the major operators are vigorously promote the base station construction. At present, the number of domestic base stations across to millions of levels. Due to the base station density continues to increase, making the site resources are particularly valuable, and in hot and difficult areas are often difficult to find the right site. In this paper, through detailed analysis and discussion, proposes in general and extreme cases of mobile signal solutions, and put forward suggestions on the key points of the process optimization of the operator construction.
