中药降脂方对高脂血症家兔红细胞膜成分的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药降脂方对红细胞膜胆固醇与磷脂比值 (Ch/ Pl)变化。方法 :用高脂饲料造成家兔实验性高血脂症模型 ,酶法测定胆固醇 (Ch) ,用分光光度法测定磷脂 (Pl)。实验设空白对照组、模型组、中药组和多烯康组。分别观察中药降脂方的降脂作用和对红细胞膜成分的影响。结果 :中药降脂方对高脂血症家兔有较好的降脂作用 ,红细胞膜 Ch/ Pl也有所下降。结论 :这项指标的建立对于临床高血脂、高血压。Objective: To investigate the effect of Lowering lipid recipe composed of several Chinese herbs on elements in the erythrocyte membrane. Methods: The experimental hyperlipidemia of rabbits was induced by means of feeding stuff containing high lipid; the erythrocyte membrane was prepared with freezing centrifugation; phosphatide(PI) and cholesterol were determined with colorimetric method and enzyme method respectively.The animals were grouped into control group, model group and two drug administration groups. Results: Lowering Lipid Recipe cut down lipid of rabbit with Hyperlipidmia, correspondingly Ch/Pl in the erythrocyte membrane was decreased. The results prompt that the establishment of this reference index is valuable for clinical diagnosis of hypertension, coronary heart disease and so on.
