上颌窦浆细胞肉芽肿1例

摘　　要：患者，女，51岁，因反复鼻塞伴头痛3年于2013年10月24日以“鼻窦肿物”收入院。3年前患者反复鼻塞，伴右侧额部、眶周、面颊部疼痛，人院前3个月上述症状加重，头痛，有鼻音，无喷嚏、脓臭涕及涕中带血，无复视及视力下降，无张口受限。2009年曾因右侧乳腺癌行手术治疗。体检：一般情况好，呼吸平稳，心、肺、腹检查未见异常。Summary Plasma cell granuloma is a kind of the disease with low incidence at head and neck,which is a be- nign lesions with malignant biological performance. The diagnosis of plasma cell granuloma is difficult as the symptom is not typical and it is difficult to distinguish with cancers and other diseases through the physical sign and imaging manifestation. The golden standard of diagnosis is hiatopathological examination. The therapy of plasma cell granuloma is still controversial, but the first choice is the operation. The other therapy such as hor- mone therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy etc. , should be applied according to special conditions. Surgery has advantage with high cure rate and very low reoccurance rate. In this paper, we reported a case of plasma cell gran- uloma, occurred in maxillary sinus and summarizes the experiences about diagnosis and therapy of plasma cell granuloma in maxillary sinus through review previous literature.
