摘　　要：PPP模式在我国基础设施建设中的作用日益突出。政府在我国大力推广PPP模式,并不断发布关于PPP模式的政策文件,从而实现政府和私人部门之间的协调发展,达到促进基础设施发展的目的。因此,通过探讨PPP模式的概念及优势,研究PPP模式在我国基础设施领域的发展背景,在政策、项目发展和实践运用方面进行细致的分析,最后提出应注意的几点问题。PPP model plays an increasingly important role in the construction of infrastructure in China.The government has continuously issued a policy document on the PPP model, and has vigorously promoted the PPP model in our country so that it can better coordinate the relationship between the government departments and the private sector, achieve coordinated development between the government and the private sector, and promote the development of infrastructure the goal of.Therefore, this paper explores the concept and advantages of PPP model and the background of the development of infrastructure in China, and makes detailed analysis on policy, project development and practical application.Finally, it puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to.
