摘 要:随着服务理念的转变,全国各区域市场在服务模式创新、服务手段创新、服务产品创新方面均进行了许多有益的尝试。目前,区域市场服务供给已经形成基础服务体系和增值服务体系两大类,但这两大服务体系仍存在着融资、股权交易、服务产品落地难、盈利模式不明确等问题。针对这些问题,区域市场应以市场为导向,结合"线下+线上"模式,通过挖掘企业价值推动其特色化服务创新。As the change of service concept, the regional market in the service model innovation, service product innovation have made many beneficial attempt.At present, the regional market service supply has basically formed the basic services system and value-added service system.By combing the 40 regional market, This paper found that regional market service innovation including the problem of equity trading, Equity Exchange, The realization of the service product, profit model.And the paper put forward the regional markets to promote its characteristic service innovation by market-oriented, "offline and online" model, Mining enterprise value.
