摘　　要：互联网的普及和电子商务的出现,使商标在网络环境中的功能出现了异化,商标侵权的形式也呈现出多样化和复杂化的趋势。因此,寻求网络商标侵权的刑法规制对策成为了遏制商标侵权的核心问题。The popularity of the Internet and the emergence ofelectronic commerce, make the function ofthe trademark appears alienation in the network environment, the form oftrademark infringements also show a trend of diversification and complication. Therefore, seeking the criminal law regulation countermeasures oftrademark infringements in network also become the core issue oftrademark infringements.
