摘 要:[目的]探讨视频演示在重症监护病房(ICU)病人肺康复健康教育中的应用效果。[方法]将ICU 80例肺康复病人随机分为两组,对照组实施常规健康教育;观察组在常规健康教育基础上引入视频演示,比较两组病人健康教育内容掌握情况、肺康复训练依从性、肺康复效果、健康教育满意度。[结果]将视频演示引入ICU病人肺康复健康教育后,观察组病人的健康教育内容掌握率为95.0%,完成康复锻炼任务50%以上37例(92.5%),呼吸机使用时间109.0 h±15.3 h,ICU住院时间7.0 d±2.2 d;对照组病人的健康教育内容掌握率为72.5%,完成康复锻炼任务50%以上27例(67.5%)、呼吸机使用时间147.0 h±22.6 h,ICU住院时间11.0 d±3.6 d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]将视频演示引入ICU病人肺康复健康教育,有助于提高健康教育效果及病人的依从性、满意度。Objective: To probe into the application effect of video demonstration in ICU patients, pulmonary reabilitation health education. Methods: A total of 80 cases of pulmonary rehabilitation patients in ICU were ranomly divided into two groups , Patients in control group were given routine health education, patients in obseation group introduced video presentation on the basis of routine health education,Then the coducation , the compliance of rehabilitation training, the effect of lung rehabilitation and the satisfaction degree of ealth education were compared between the two groups. Results: After introducing video demonstration into CU patients' pulmonary rehabilitation health education, in the observation group, the master rate of health edcation content in the observation group was 95. 0% , the completion of rehabilitation exercise more than 5 0 % as 37 cases(92. 5 % ), the ventilator use time was 1 09. 0 h± 1 5. 3 h ,ICUhospitalization time was 7. 0 d± 2 2 d. hose indeves in control group were respectively 72 5 %,27 cases(67. 5 %),1 47. 0 h±22 .6 h,and 11. 0 d± 3. 6 . There were statistical significant differences between the two groups(P 〈0. 05). Conclusions : The introduction video demonstration into ICU patients's rehabilitation health education coud improve thation and patients's compliance and satisfaction degree.
