摘　　要：目的观察扇形瘢痕组织瓣修复耳廓瘢痕疙瘩去核后创面的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的85例(100耳)耳廓瘢痕疙瘩去核后创面患者作为研究对象,均实施扇形瘢痕组织瓣修复,分析创面修复效果。结果 85例耳廓瘢痕疙瘩去核后创面患者经扇形瘢痕组织瓣修复,总有效率98.82%;修复前后SCL-90评分、生活质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳廓瘢痕疙瘩去核后创面修复工作中扇形瘢痕组织瓣可取的理想的治疗效果,值得将其作为优选治疗方案推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of fan-shaped scar tissue flap in repairing enucleated wound surface of the keloid of auricle. Methods 85 patients（100 ears） with enucleated wound surface of auricle keloid who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were all given fan-shaped scar tissue flap repair, and the wound healing effect was analyzed. Results 85 patients with enucleated wound surface of the keloid of auricle were given the repair by fan-shaped scar tissue flap, and the total effective rate was 98.82%; there were statistically significant differences in SCL-90 scores and quality of life between before and after the repair（P〈0.05）. Conclusion During the repair of enucleated wound surface of the keloid of auricle, fanshaped scar tissue flap can achieve an ideal curative effect, which is worthy of being selected as the optimal scheme for promotion and application.
