保山女大学生生殖健康认知现状及干预效果调查分析

摘　　要：目的对保山某高校女大学生生殖健康现状及干预后的效果进行分析,探讨女大学生对生殖健康干预方式和教育内容的需求。方法对该校405例女大学生干预前后的生殖健康认知情况进行问卷调查,评价其干预效果及教育内容的需求。结果干预后女大学生对受孕基本条件、早期妊娠症状、早孕诊断方法、常用避孕方法、常见性病的传播途径、流产方式的知晓率显著提高(P<0.01);在人流对女性身心影响、婚前医学检查、大学生未婚同居、大学生婚前性行为、网络一夜情态度上,干预前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在干预途径上倾向于专业课程学习和上网,最想获得的生殖健康内容是安全性行为。结论生殖健康教育干预对女大学生生殖健康认知的提高具有显著效果,高校应通过各种有效途径开展生殖健康教育,促进女大学生身心健康成长,为今后的健康生活奠定坚实基础。Objective To analyze the current situation of reproductive health in female college students in Baoshan and the effect of intervention, and to discuss the female students＇ demand for reproductive health intervention and educational contents. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the reproductive health cognition in 405 female college students before and after the intervention. The effect of the intervention and the demand for the content of education were evaluated. Results The awareness rate of the basic condition of conception, early pregnancy symptoms, early pregnancy diagnosis method, commonly used contraceptive method, common transmission route of sexual diseases and abortion modes was significantly improved in the female college students after intervention（P〈0.01）; the differences in the effect of induced abortion on female physical and mental health, attitudes towards premarital health check, unmarried cohabitation in college students, premarital sexual behavior in college students and Internet one night stand before and after the intervention were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; in the intervention route, the learning of professional courses and internet surfing were the preferences, and the most desired reproductive health content was safe sexual behavior. Conclusion Reproductive health education intervention has a significant effect on the improvement of reproductive health awareness of female college students. Colleges and universities should carry out reproductive health education through various effective ways to promote the growth of female college students＇ physical and mental health, so as to lay a solid foundation for future healthy life.
