摘  要:为了提高废旧光盘的回收,采用磨料水射流试验的原理、设备及方案步骤,运用控制变量法进行反复多次试验,并用Matlab软件对试验数据进行处理。利用三维建模软件Solidworks建立喷头组件的简化模型,并用Fluent软件对其进行仿真模拟,再结合公式推导得出最佳靶距的理论值。比较试验数据处理值和理论推导值,可得出结论:光盘清洗效果最佳时的靶距约为220mm,压力最佳范围约为1~2.5MPa,且当靶距一定时,压力越大,光盘回收的效果就越好。In this paper, a new method of abrasive water jet was used to recycle the waste disc. The principle, equipment and program procedures of the experiment were described. The control variable method was used to carry out repeated tests, and Matlab was used to process the test data. A simplified model of the nozzle assembly was established with the three - dimensional modeling software Solidworks and simulated with the software of Fluent. Thus, the theoretical value of the best target distance was derived by combining the formulas. Conclusions can be drawn by comparing the experimental value and the theoretical value: the target distance with the optimum cleaning effect of the disc was about 220mm and the optimum pressure ranged from 1 to 2.5 MPa. When the target distance was constant, the greater the pressure, the better the effect of recovery of recycling discs.
