摘  要:为高效抽采煤矿采煤工作面采动释放瓦斯,提高煤矿的安全可靠性,利用XJ650石油钻机、海蓝MWD无线随钻测量仪和美国RMRS旋转磁测距仪,在淮北杨柳煤矿1071工作面开展了地面L型定向近水平多分支瓦斯抽采井试验研究。地面瓦斯抽采井由1个主孔、2个支孔和1个泄水孔组成的L型井组,累计抽采187天,共抽采瓦斯411 005m3,最大抽采瓦斯浓度74.1%,单日最大瓦斯抽采量8 430m3。该研究成果为煤矿采煤工作面采动瓦斯抽采提供了一种新的技术方法,可替代现有的地面瓦斯抽采立井、井下高位瓦斯抽采孔和高位瓦斯抽采巷,以达到集成、高效的目标,具有良好的经济和社会效益。To reduce the gas extraction cost of working face mining releasing, improve the safety and reliability of the coal mine, the experimental study on L type directional nearly horizontal branch wells for gas extraction had been carried out using XJ650 drilling, MWD apparatus and RMRS Connect meter in Huaibei Yangliu Coal Mine 1071 working face. The L type well group was made up of one main hole, two branch holes and one drain hole. The drainage lasted 187 days for a total gas extraction of 411 005m3, with the largest gas concentration 74.1% and the biggest gas extraction 8 430m3. The research result provides a new technical method for gas extraction, which can replace the existing method of ground drilling, high gas drainage drilling and high gas drainage lane to achieve the purpose of integration and high efficiency. The new technical method will have good economic and social benefits.
