摘  要:将还原氧化石墨烯/铜复合物(rGO/Cu)作为添加剂加入到铅酸蓄电池板栅合金Pb-CaSn-Al中,并探究了其对板栅合金的性能影响。结果发现:添加适量的rGO/Cu可以增加板栅合金的析氧过电势,从而抑制氧气的析出;此外,rGO/Cu还能够抑制合金表面高阻抗的PbO的生成,并促进导电性佳的PbO_2生成。对恒电流腐蚀后的产物进行形貌观测发现,适当的rGO/Cu有利于合金表面形成均匀的腐蚀颗粒。但研究结果也显示,rGO/Cu会降低板栅合金的析氢过电势,从而促进合金表面氢气的析出。In this paper, the reduced oxidized graphene/Cu (rGO/Cu) composite was added in the Pb-Ca-Sn-Al grid alloys successfully, and the effects of which on the grids were investigated. A proper amount of rGO/Cu composite can increase the oxygen evolution over-potential and inhibit the evolution of oxygen on the alloys. The addition of rGO/Cu can inhibit the production of high resistance PbO on the surface of grid, and facilitate the formation of PbO2 with good conductivity. Besides, the addition of rGO/Cu composite is of beneft to forming uniform corrosion particles. However, the addition of rGO/Cu composite is not benefcial to increasing the hydrogen evolution over-potential and promotes the evolution of hydrogen on the alloy surface.
