摘  要:通过对锡含量不同的浇铸Pb-Sn-Ca-M合金正板栅进行试验,研究锡含量变化对板栅合金组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。金相结果显示,增加锡含量,合金表面晶粒尺寸变大,晶界变光滑、宽大,晶界析出物增多。板栅腐蚀实验显示:随着锡含量的增加,板栅耐腐蚀性能增强;但板栅生长和铅膏脱落越来越严重。The grid alloys with different Sn content were analyzed in terms of microstructure and corrosion resistance. The results by the metallographic analysis showed that the grain sizes were increased, the grain boundaries were widened and smooth, and the evolution on grain boundaries was increased with increasing tin content. The results of corrosion test showed that the corrosion resistance was improved with increasing Sn content, but the grid growing and paste shedding were more serious.
