摘　　要：通过比较BIM技术与草图、Auto CAD和Sketchup在建筑设计构思阶段的特性,并以Schon的研究理论为框架将建筑设计的构思过程理性地分解成三个典型行为,同时与BIM技术公认在建筑设计初期阶段的应用点一一对应和分析,指出BIM技术应用在建筑设计构思过程中的不足,最后提出了适应性应用BIM技术的解决方案和研究展望。Through comparing the characteristics of BIM technology,Auto CAD,Sketchup applied in the design conception stage,and according to Schon＇s theory dividing the design conception process into three activities,meanwhile parallelizing and analyzing application zones of BIM technology applied in the design conception stage,this paper aims to point out the insufficiencies of BIM technology applied in the design conception stage,and finally,the adaptive applications of BIM technology solutions and research prospects are presented.
