HIV感染者炎症因子与T淋巴细胞水平相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达水平与CD4^+和CD8^+T淋巴细胞水平的相关性。方法采用回顾性研究方法 ,选择2009年2月~2015年12月在本中心诊治的HIV感染者5864例为观察组,另选择同期在本中心进行健康体检的健康人1800例为对照组,检测两组的CD4^+、CD8^+T淋巴细胞计数、CD4^+/CD8^+细胞比值以及血清IL-10、TGF-β1含量,分析HIV感染者血清CD4^+和CD8^+细胞水平与IL-10和TGF-β1含量的相关性分析。结果观察组外周血的CD4^+、CD8^+细胞计数和CD4^+/CD8^+细胞比值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而血清IL-10和TGF-β1含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,观察组CD4^+、CD8^+细胞计数和CD4^+/CD8^+比值与IL-10和TGF-β1水平均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIV感染者常伴有CD4^+和CD8^+细胞数目减少,血清IL-10和TGF-β1水平增加,可通过分析HIV感染者血清IL-10和TGF-β1水平这些较为简单的指标,来预测CD4^+和CD8^+细胞水平,进而有效地监测HIV感染者免疫状况和病情发展。Objective To explore the correlation between the expression levels of serum interleukin-10（IL-10） and transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） and the levels of CD4~＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes in the patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）.Methods The retrospective study method was applied.A total of 5,864 patients infected with HIV having received treatment in the center from February 2009 to December 2015 constituted an observation group and 1,800 healthy people having received physical examination in the center during the corresponding period constituted a control group.The counts of CD4~＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes,CD4~＋/CD8~＋lymphocyte ratio and the content of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the two groups were detected to analyze the correlation between the levels of CD4~＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes and the content of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the patients infected with HIV.Results The counts of CD4~＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes in peripheral blood（PB） and the CD4~＋/CD8~＋lymphocyte ratio in the eripheral blood（PB） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,while the content of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The analysis results showed that the count of CD4~＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes and CD4~＋/CD8~＋lymphocyte ratio were negatively correlated to the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients infected with HIV are usually complicated with decreased counts of CD4~＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes and increase of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels.Therefore,such simple indexes as serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels in the patients infected wi th HIV can be used to predict the levels of CD4＋and CD8~＋T lymphocytes and effectively monitor the immune status and disease progression in patients infected with HIV.
