血清对氧磷酶和芳香酯酶在妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨对氧磷酶1(PON1)和芳香酯酶(Ar E)活力在妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床意义。方法选取本院产科门诊确诊的缺铁性贫血孕妇50例(贫血组)和同期在门诊产检的健康孕妇50例(对照组)作为研究对象,检测两组血清PON1和Ar E活性,以及血红蛋白(Hb)、平均血细胞比容(MCV)和血清铁蛋白(SF)水平,分析缺铁性贫血孕妇的PON1和Ar E与Hb、MCV和SF的相关性。结果贫血组的Hb、MCV和SF水平以及PON1和Ar E活力均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在贫血组中,PON1和Ar E活力均与Hb、MCV和SF水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血孕妇的血清PON1和Ar E活力显著下降,并与Hb、MCV和SF水平呈正相关。因此,缺铁性贫血孕妇可能存在抗氧化防御体系缺陷,有待进一步研究其对母婴健康的影响及防治对策。Objective To explore the clinical significance of paraoxonase 1（PON1） and arylesterase（Ar E） activity in irondeficiency anemia in pregnancy.Methods A group of 50 pregnant women diagnosed with iron-deficiency anemia in the obstetric outpatient clinic of our hospital constituted an anemia group,and another 50 healthy pregnant women who received antenatal examination in outpatient clinic constituted a control group.The serum PON1 and Ar E activity and the levels of hemoglobin（Hb）,mean corpuscular volume（MCV） and serum ferritin（SF） in the two groups were detected in order to analysis the correlation between the PON1 and Ar E and the levels of Hb,MCV and SF.Results The levels of Hb,MCV and SF and the PON1 and Ar E activity in the anemia group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; in the anemia group,the PON1 and Ar E activity were positively correlated to the levels of Hb,MCV and SF（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The serum PON1 and Ar E activity in pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia decreases significantly and is positively correlated to the levels of Hb,MCV and SF.Therefore,pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia may have anti-oxidative defense system defects,the impacts of which on maternal and child health and control measures need further study.
