新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿血清转化生长因子-β_1、骨形态发生蛋白-7、维生素A水平及其与病情程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)、骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)、维生素A在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)患儿中的表达情况及其与病情程度的关系。方法选取64例NRDS患儿及60例无NRDS的早产儿分别作为NRDS组、对照组,检测两组TGF-β_1、BMP-7和维生素A水平。结果 NRDS组血清TGF-β_1和BMP-7水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组血清维生素A水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病情Ⅲ~Ⅳ级NRDS患儿血清TGF-β_1和BMP-7水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患儿(P<0.05);NRDS患儿血清TGF-β_1和BMP-7水平与病情程度呈正相关(P<0.05),但维生素A与病情程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 NRDS患儿血清TGF-β_1和BMP-7水平明显升高,且两者水平越高患儿病情程度越重。Objective To investigate the expressions of serum transforming growth factor beta1 （TGF-β1） ,bone morphogenetic protein-7 （BMP-7） and vitamin A in infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome（NRDS） and their relationship with the severity of disease. Methods Sixty-four infants with NRDS and 60 preterm infants without NRDS were enrolled as NRDS group and control group respectively. The levels of TCF-β1 , BMP-7 and vitamin A were detected in both groups. Results Serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 levels in the NRDS group were higher than the levels in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） , but there was no significant difference in serum vitamin A level between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The serum TCF-β1 and BMP-7 levels in the infants with grade Ⅲ - Ⅳ NRDS were higher than those in the infants with grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the infants with NRDS, serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 levels positively correlated with the severity of disease （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but serum vitamin A level did riot correlate with the severity of disease （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 levels increase significantly in the infants with NRDS,and the disease is more severer when the levels are higher.
