摘　　要：便秘一般从实秘、虚秘、热秘、冷秘等方面进行治疗,对于老年性便秘疗效欠佳。张小萍强调脾胃气化与便秘的关系,不仅指出治疗老年性便秘不可妄用泻药,而且从"张小萍脾胃气化学说"入手,提出老年性便秘的治疗法则为调理脾胃,兼顾肝肺肾。临床疗效显著,值得学习推广。Constipation is generally treated from four aspects of excessive constipation,deficient constipation,hot constipation,and cold constipation. It still doesn＇t have an ideal therapy to senile constipation. ZHANG Xiao-ping emphasizes the relationship between spleen gasification and constipation. Based on＂ZHANG Xiao-ping＇s gasification theory of Spleen-stomach＂,she not only points out that senile constipation cannot be treated with laxative,but also highlights the major therapeutic principle for senile constipation is harmonizing spleen and stomach with consideration to liver,lung and kidneys. The clinical effect is significant and is worth learning and popularizing.
