基于肝阴虚证现代文献病证结合研究

摘　　要：目的对中医临床文献中肝阴虚证相关疾病进行证病结合的描述性统计分析,明确肝阴虚证与西医疾病之间的关系。方法全文检索中国知网中医临床研究文献,对文献中的涉及的西医病名规范化整理后,进行频数统计。结果初步检索到3717篇文献,最终纳入2115篇文献,肝阴虚证相关疾病出现频次高低前20位依次为肝病、糖尿病、高血压、眼病、围绝经期综合征、肾病、失眠、胆病、冠心病、甲状腺功能亢进症、中风、胃炎、月经失调、干燥综合征、骨质疏松、关节病、抑郁症、抽动秽语综合征、乳腺癌、帕金森病。结论确定肝阴虚证对应的西医疾病分布,可以更好的认识"证"的实质,充分发扬中医"辨证论治"特色;为阐述肝阴虚证"异病同证""肝阴虚证"实质的研究以及临床实践提供参考。Objective： To analyze the relationship between yin deficiency syndrome and Western Medicine diseases by statistical analysis of related diseases of liver yin deficiency syndrome in TCM clinical literature. Method： To search the clinical research literature of Chinese medicine in CNKI,and standardize the name of Western medicine involved in the literature,and make the frequency statistics.Result： A total of 3717 literatures were searched and 2115 papers were included,The top 20 diseases related to liver yin deficiency are liver disease,diabetes,hypertension,eye disease,perimenopausal syndrome,kidney disease,insomnia,gallbladder disease,coronary heart disease,hyperthyroidism,stroke,gastritis,menstrual disorders,Sjogren ＇s syndrome,osteoporosis,arthritis,depression and Tourette＇s syndrome,cancer,Parkinson＇s disease of the breast. Conclusion： Defining the distribution pattern of Western Medicine Diseases with Yin deficiency syndrome of liver,We can better understand the essence of ＂ syndrome＂ and give full play to the characteristics of ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂ in TCM.It provides reference for different diseases with same symptom of liver yin deficiency syndrome,Study on the essence of liver yin deficiency syndrome and the clinical practice.
