摘 要:复合材料圆管的高吸能率使其成为备受关注的吸能元件。为了研究端部缺口对复合材料圆管吸能特性的影响,分别设计了带缺口与无缺口复合材料圆管的冲击试验,并对试验结果进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,端部缺口降低了峰值载荷,但也降低了平均载荷和吸能率。然后用LS-DYNA中的理想弹塑性模型对试验进行了仿真,仿真结果与试验结果高度吻合。为了研究铺层厚度、圆管内径与引导槽半径分别对端部有无缺口的复合材料圆管吸能特性的影响,基于仿真模型用正交设计法进行了变参数试验,预测了这3种设计参数对主要吸能参数的影响,为复合材料圆管作为吸能元件的最优化设计提供了参考。The high specific energy absorption of composite tubes makes them attractive candidates in energy absorbing structural applications. In order to research the effects on the energy absorption of composite tubes caused by notches on the end,impact experiments were designed on composite tubes with and without notches on the end and the results of experiments were analyzed contrastively. The results showthat the notches on the end reduce peak load but also reduce average load and specific absorbed energy. Then simulations of the experiments were conducted by using elastic-perfectly plastic model in LS-DYNA and the results of simulations are highly consisted with those of experiments. In order to research the effects caused by thickness of layer,inner diameter of the tubes and radius of the guide groove on the energy absorption of composite tubes with and without notches on the end,orthogonal experiments on variable parameters based on simulation models are made to predict the effects on the main energy absorption parameters. The results provide references for the best design of composite tubes as energy absorption components.
