摘 要:以酚醛树脂、醋酸钯和乌洛托品为原料,在高压水热釜中一步法制得Pd纳米粒子负载酚醛树脂(Pd@PF)新型催化剂。通过氮吸附-脱附,XRD,SEM,TEM,TG等方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明催化剂具有良好的结构形貌和较高的Pd分散性。在1,5-二硝基萘催化加氢反应中,与商用Pd/C相比催化剂用量减少了80%;在温度130℃、压力1.5MPa、液时空速30h^(-1)条件下,1,5-二硝基萘转化率接近100%,产物1,5-二氨基萘的选择性大于98.5%,且该条件下催化剂具有良好的稳定性能。Phenolic resin supported nano-Pd particle catalysts(Pd @ PF) were prepared in a hydrothermal synthesis reactor by one-step synthesis method using phenolic resin,palladium acetate and methenamine as raw materials.The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2adsorption-desorption,SEM,TEM and TG.The results showed that the catalysts had good structure and morphology,and high palladium dispersibility.Compared with commercially available Pd/C catalyst in the application of catalytic hydrogenation of 1,5-dinitronaphthalene,the Pd@PF catalyst consumption decreased by 80%.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 130℃,hydrogen pressure of 1.5MPa and liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV)of 30h-1,the conversion of 1,5-dinitronaphthalene was approximately 100%,and the selectivity to 1,5-naphthylenediamine was over 98.5%.Besides,the catalyst had a favorable stability.
