美国大学治理对我国高校“去行政化”的启示

摘　　要：当今大学治理的模式主要有以欧洲大陆为代表的国家主导型、英国大学的专业中介型以及美国大学的社会参与型三种,二战后,美国大学逐步引领了世界高等教育改革的潮流,其大学治理模式也开始被他国效仿。当前,我国高等教育领域正在全面推进大学治理体系建设,高校"去行政化"势在必行,为此,必须要解决大学中行政权力与学术权力的关系问题,美国大学多方参与的共同治理模式可以为我们提供许多有益经验。There are three kinds of modes about the contemporary university governance. They are the ＂country leading＂ mode which is represented by European continental universities, the ＂professional agents＂ mode represented by British universities, and the ＂society participating＂ mode represented by American universities. After the Second World War, the American universities gradually lead the world＇s trend of the higher education reform. And since then, the mode of American university governance began to be studied by other countries. Field at present, our country＇s higher education is putting forward the all-round construction of the university governance system. The deadministration in our universities is imperative. Therefore, we must coordinate the relationship between the administrative power and the academic power. The common governance mode of American universities could provide us with a lot of useful experience.
