摘 要:对强化木地板吸水厚度膨胀率的试验方法提出改进建议,并选取有代表性的样品分别按标准方法和改进后的新方法进行吸水厚度膨胀率项目的试验。结果表明:未用防潮剂封边的地板,两种方法得出的检测结果基本一致;采用防潮剂封边的地板,按新方法检验得出的检验结果普遍较标准方法检验得出的检验结果数据偏低。用标准方法检验无法识别防潮剂封边处理的效果,无法准确衡量防潮性能。采用新方法进行吸水厚度膨胀率项目的检验更符合实际使用情况。Suggestions for improving the test methods for water absorption-based thickness swelling rate of laminate flooring are put forward and representative samples are selected to be tested in the water absorption-based thickness swelling rate item with the standard method and a new method respective,with the results showing that the flooring with no edge sealed with anti-blushing agent have basically the same test results when tested with the two methods;for the flooring with edge sealed with anti-blushing agent,the test result data obtained using the new method are generally lower than those obtained using the standard method. With the standard method,the effect of edge sealing with anti-blushing agent can not be identified and the moisture-resistance performance can not be measured accurately. With the new method,the testing involved in the water absorption-based thickness swelling rate is closer to the actual use.
