摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下半月板部分切除术治疗内侧半月板损伤近期疗效影响因素分析。方法回顾性分析2010年10月-2012年11月入我院诊治的40例半月板损伤患者,整理40例患者一般资料、临床资料、随访资料,根据记录患者治疗前、手术后3个月、手术后6个月时Lysholm膝关节评分、IKDC评分,分析影响患者近期疗效的因素。结果患者手术后3个月、手术后6个月时IKDC评分和Lysholm评分较治疗前呈现上升趋势(P<0.05);手术后负重时间、关节软骨损伤、术后冷敷与近期疗效存在一定关联(P<0.05);多元逐步Cox回归分析结果得出:负重时间长、伴关节软骨损伤为影响半月板部分切除术后近期疗效的危险因素(P<0.001)。结论关节镜下半月板部分切除术可有效改善半月板损伤患者的膝关节功能,手术后负重时间较长或伴关节软骨损伤的患者术后近期疗效较差。Objective To investigate the short-term effect of partial meniscectomy under arthroscopy in treating meniscus injury.Methods Forty cases of meniscus injury treated in our hospital between October 2010 and November 2012 were selected as subjects.O,anor FLF was used to observe the patients who were given six-month follow-up.Clinical data and follow-up data were collected.Lysholm score and IKDC score were recorded before treatment,and three,six months after treatment.Factors that influenced short-term effects of patients were analyzed.Results Three months and six months after surgery,Lysholm score and IKDC score were increased（ P〈0.05）.Postoperative weight bearing time,articular cartilage injury,and postoperative cold compression had some correlations with the short-term effect（ P 〈 0.05）.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that long weight bearing time and articular cartilage injury were risk factors that influenced the short-term effect after partial meniscectomy（ P〈0.001）.Conclusion Partial meniscectomy under arthroscopy in treating meniscus injury can improve knee joint function.Patients with a longer weight bearing time and articular cartilage injury have a worse short-term therapeutic effect.
