摘　　要：由于军队医院精简整编的体制改革,军队人员结构发生了变化,非现役文职护士是军队医院卫勤保障中一支较为重要的护理力量,但非现役文职护士在上级组织的卫勤保障演练中,面对突发事件和多样化军事卫勤保障任务,也存在诸多影响因素,本文对此分析,并制定了相应的预防对策。As a result of the reform to streamline military hospitals,the structure of military personnel has been changed so that the non-active civilian nurses have been giving important nursing medical support in military hospitals.However,during medical support exercises organized by organizations at a higher level,there are many influening factors when non-active civilian nurses are faced with unexpected events and diversified military medical support tasks.This paper analyzes these factors and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
