军校学员的领悟社会支持对军事训练伤影响的实证分析

摘　　要：目的探讨军校学员的领悟社会支持与军事训练伤之间的关系,为减少军事训练伤发生提供一种有效的预防措施。方法以某军校新兵265人为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式用PASS-Q量表测量新兵的领悟社会支持,分析领悟社会支持是否对军事训练伤有预测作用。结果有军事训练伤的学员的领悟社会支持得分低于无军事训练伤的学员,并存在统计学上差异;精神支持、尊重支持和有形支持与军事训练伤之间存在统计学上显著性负相关,信息支持与军事训练伤之间不存在统计学上的显著相关性;精神支持、尊重支持能够负向预测军事训练伤的发生,有形支持和信息支持对军事训练伤没有预测作用。结论军校学员领悟社会支持与军事训练伤之间存在一定的相关性,领悟社会支持的两个分量能够负向预测军事训练伤的发生,因此在军事训练中要让学员感知较多的社会支持,减少军事训练伤的发生。Objective To explore the relationships between students＇ perceived social support and military training injury,and to recommend an effective preventive measure to reduce the occurrence of military training injury. Methods 265 recruits from a military college were chosen as subjects. The PASS-Q scale was used to measure the social support of these recruits and to analyze whether perceived social support could predict military training injury. Results The scores of students with military training injuries were lower than those ofstudents without military training,and there was statistically significant difference between them.There was a statistically significant negative correlation between mental support,esteem support,physical support and military training injury,but there was no statistically significant correlation between information support and military training injury. Mental support and esteem support could negatively predict the occurrence of military training injuries. Physical support and information support had no predictive effect on military training injuries. Conclusion There are some correlations between students＇ perceived social support and military training injuries,and the two components of social support can negatively predict the occurrence of military training injuries. Therefore,to allow students to experience more social support during military training can reduce the occurrence of military training injuries.
