摘  要:为解决城市交通拥堵问题所提出的交通管控方法大多数是基于实时路况、车流量、车速等信息。但是,一个城市的交通运力在道路建成之后便相对固定下来,保障交通运力最重要的前提是预防拥堵,最大程度地使道路交通处于运行状态。基于这种思路,从城市道路实际运力角度,提出一种交通自适应管控方法,通过实时检测道路车流量,对比道路运力,自适应调节车流运行。In order to solve the city traffic congestion problem,researchers have proposed many traffic control methods from different angles. These methods are mostly based on real-time traffic,traffic flow,speed and other information,and optimize the traffic management through more advanced way. However,the transport capacity of a city is relatively fixed after the road is built. The most important premise to guarantee the traffic capacity is to prevent congestion and make the road traffic in the running state as much as possible. Based on the actual city road capacity,this paper puts forward an adaptive traffic control method. The method can adaptively adjust the traffic flow through detecting the road traffic flow in real time and comparing the capacity of the road.
