摘 要:为研究日粮消化能水平对四川白兔生产性能和养分消化率的影响,本试验选择480只30日龄断奶四川白兔,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理10个重复,每个重复12只,分别饲喂含9.50、10.00、10.50、11.00 MJ/kg消化能的日粮,饲养试验持续10周。结果表明:消化能水平对四川白兔日增重、料重比、腹泻率和死亡率影响显著(P<0.05),对采食量影响不显著(P>0.05),随着日粮消化能水平的增加,日增重呈先增加后减少的趋势,料重比呈先减少后增加趋势,腹泻率和死亡率呈逐渐增加的趋势,10.00 MJ/kg组生产性能最佳;消化能水平对四川白兔日粮干物质、粗蛋白质和粗纤维消化率影响显著(P<0.05),对粗脂肪和粗灰分消化率影响不显著(P>0.05),其中干物质和粗蛋白质消化率随着消化能水平的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,而粗纤维消化率呈逐渐降低的趋势。综合来看,在本试验条件下,四川白兔日粮消化能适宜水平为10.00 MJ/kg。The experiment was designed to study the effects of dietary digestible energy(DE)level on growth performance and nutrient digestibility in Sichuan white rabbits. A total of 480 Sichuan rabbits were randomly divided into 4groups with 10 replications per group and 12 rabbits per replication.The test groups were fed with diets containing9.50,10.00,10.50,11.00 MJ/kg DE diet respectively.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed that the digestible energy level had significant effect on daily gain,feed conversion ratio,diarrhea rate and mortality(P〈0.05),but had no significant effect on the feed intake(P〈0.05),with digestible energy level increased daily gain showed the first increase and then decrease trend,and feed conversion ratio showed the first decrease and then increase trend,diarrhea rate and mortality increased gradually.Digestible energy level had significant effect on digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP) and crude fiber(CF)(P〈0.05),but had no significant effect on digestibility of crude ash and crude fat(P〈0.05),with digestible energy level increased the digestibility of DM and CP showed the first increase and then decrease trend,while the digestibility of CF decreased gradually.In conclusion,the appropriate dietary digestible energy level of Sichuan white rabbit was 10.00 MJ/kg.
