摘  要:提出一种以最小外接圆法评定圆度误差的新算法。该算法以轮廓点集中的二点或三点为圆上的点确定某初始圆,然后每次都以圆外最远点加入先前的点或者替代其中一点以构造更大的新圆,重复该步骤直至新圆包容所有轮廓成为最小外接圆,最后根据最小外接圆计算圆度误差。提出并论证了最小外接圆判定准则,描述了算法的详细步骤并说明了它的收敛性,通过实验验证了算法的准确性和高效性。This paper discusses and proposes a new algorithm of roundness error evaluation based on minimum circumscribed circle.In the algorithm,two or three points of the target profile are used to decide a prime circle.The farthest point away from the circle is found out and the farthest point is joined to the points or one of the points is replaced with it to make a bigger new circle.This procedure is repeated until into the minimum circumscribed circle,the new circle contain all the profiles are changed and then the roundness error is calculated according to the minimum circumscribed circle.It also proposes and verifies a judgement method of the minimum circumscribed circle and describes the algorithm and the convergency in detail.Then the algorithm is verified by experiments.
