摘  要:通过Pro/E对汽车歧管净化器进行了三维建模,利用Visual-mesh软件进行了网格划分,采用焊接仿真软件SYSWELD对焊接热源模型进行校核并对焊接过程进行了模拟分析,获得了歧管温度场与应力场及变形的分布情形。结果表明,歧管在焊接过程中,焊缝单元处的温度随着焊接的进行迅速升高,但其温度场形态在整个焊接过程中基本不发生变化;焊接应力和变形由于装卡方式的不同以及焊缝处局部的加热熔化与冷却,产生了纵向和横向收缩变形。研究结果有助于歧管焊接工艺的改善。A 3 D model of Manifold purifier is built with Pro/E.The model is meshed with the Visual-mesh software.The welding heat source is checked and the simulation analysis of the welding process is done with the welding simulation software SYSWELE to obtain the distribution of temperature field,stress field and deformation of the manifold.The results show that the temperature of the welding unit raises with rapid welding speed in the welding process,but the basic condition of the temperature field does not change in the whole process.Due to the different loading and local heating,melting and cooling,the welding stress and longitudinal and transversel shrinkage and deformation are different too.The research results are helpful to improving the welding process and the welding quality.
