中国基诺族的人体体成分研究

摘　　要：为了解基诺族成年男性和女性的体成分状况,以云南省西双版纳州600例基诺族成人(男性279例,女性321例)为调查对象,采用常规测量和生物电阻抗分析法,测量该族群的身高、体质量、腰围、臀围、体脂率、肌肉量、水分率等体成分指标,判断基诺族的身体健康状况.结果表明:基诺族男性和女性的体质量、身高、臀围、肌肉量、推定骨量、热量均与年龄呈负相关,腰围、臀围、体脂率、热量、BMI、推定骨量与身高呈正相关,体质量与身高呈负相关.基诺族成年女性体脂率高于男性,基诺族男性水分率、推定骨量、肌肉量均高于女性.根据BMI指数和腰围判断,基诺族约有一半为肥胖群体,女性肥胖人群所占比例高于男性.To explore the body composition of adult males and females of Jino, 600 Jino adults（ 279 males, 321 females）living in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan Province were investigated. The conventional measures and bioelectrical impedancewere adopted to measure the stature, weight, waist, hip, body fat, muscle mass, water rate and other indices, andfurthermore the health condition of Jino was estimated. The results showed that the stature, weight, waist, body fat,muscle mass, bone mass and heat of adult males and females of Jino were both negatively related to ages, and thestature was positively correlated with the waist, hip, body fat, heat, BMI and bone mass. For Jino nationality, thefemales’ percentages of body fat were higher than those of males, and the body water rate, bone mass and muscle mass ofmales were higher than those of females. According to the BMI and waist, half of the Jino belonged to the fat population,and the proportion of fat population of female was higher than that of male of Jino.
