PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线皮下埋置提升面部皮肤的临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线皮下埋置提升紧致的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2014年3月-2017年3月收治132例行皮下埋线提升面部皮肤紧致患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组66例患者。对照组采用PPDO锯齿线,观察组采用PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线,对两组患者改善效果进行对比。结果观察组患者面部松弛改善率为95.45%,明显高于对照组78.79%(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为3.03%,对照组为4.55%(P>0.05),差异不明显。结论给予皮下埋线提升面部皮肤紧致患者PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线皮下埋置方法,可使面部状况明显改善,将患者整体的美观度提高,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical curative efect of PPDO serration and PPDO helical subcutaneous embedding. Methods From March 2014 to March 2017, 132 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group, and 66 patients in each group. In the control group, PPDO serrated line was used in the control group. The observation group adopted PPDO serrated line and the PPDO spiral line, and compared the improvement efect of the two groups. Results The improvement rate of facial relaxation was 95.45% compared with 78.79% in the control group, compared with P〈 0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.03% in the observation group and 4.55% in the control group, compared with the difference, P〈 0.05. Conclusion Given subcutaneous embedded wire PPDO sawtooth line improve facial skin patients combined with PPDO helix subcutaneous embedment method, can make remarkable improvement in facial, would improve patient＇s overall aesthetic, is worth using for reference.
