强脉冲光和超脉冲CO_2激光联合治疗面部毛细血管扩张症20例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察强脉冲光和超脉冲CO_2激光联合运用治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床效果。方法对20例面部毛细血管扩张症患者,联合运用强脉冲光和超脉冲CO_2激光,依据症状轻重,选择不同的技术参数进行治疗。结果 20例经1-3次治疗,总有效率达75%,均无瘢痕及色素形成。结论强脉冲光和超脉冲CO_2激光联合运用治疗面部毛细血管扩张症,提高了治愈率,降低了术后不良并发症的发生,减少了治疗次数。Objective Observation of the clinical results of facial telangiectasia treatment by Intense Pulse Light System and Super Pulse CO2 Laser Apparatus together.Methods Choosing diferent specifcations to treat 20 patients with facial telangiectasia symptoms, using the Intense Pulse Light System and Super Pulse CO2 Laser Apparatus together.Results After 1 to 3 times treatment, the 20 patients all get perfect results, no pigmentation and no scar left, the total efective rate is 75 percent.Conclusion When using the Intense Pulse Light System and Super Pulse CO2 Laser Apparatus together to treat facial telangiectasia, the cure rate was improved, the postoperative complications were decreased, and the number of treatments was decreased.
