消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗银屑病临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病采取消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊的治疗临床效果,并对其临床价值进行评述。方法随机择取我院80例经临床及皮肤检查确诊为寻常型银屑病,并符合中医辩证为血热型的银屑病患者进行研究,采取入院编号单双法以1:1的方式将患者分为单纯组(n=40)和联合组(n=40),对单纯组患者采取阿维A胶囊治疗,对联合组患者采取消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗,共进行治疗12周,随访时间至6个月。观察PASI评分变化、不良反应、血清TNF-a含量、IL-23含量、IL-17含量。并采用SPSS19.0软件实施数据分析处理,评价疗效(P<0.05)时,具统计学意义,反之,无统计学意义。结果联合组经12周治疗后PASI评分数值与单纯组相比明显下降(P<0.05);联合组治疗后总有效率(95%)与单纯组(75%)相比疗效显著(P<0.05);联合组治疗后不良反应总发生率9例(22.5%),单纯组治疗后不良反应总发生率17例(42.5%)。两组相比差异明显,P<0.05,联合组明显降低;联合组治疗后血清TNF-a含量、IL-23含量、IL-17含量明显优于单纯组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组的住院时间明显低于单纯组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银屑病采取消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗效果显著,可在临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical efect of treatment of psoriasis by Xiaoyin Granules Combined with A citretin capsule, and evaluates its clinical value. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital 80 cases of clinical and skin examination confirmed the diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris, and in accordance with the study of patients with psoriasis in TCM for blood type, take the admission number of single and double method by means of the 1：1 patients were divided into control group （n=40） and combination group （n=40）, take A citretin capsule in the treatment of simple group patients take Xiaoyin Granules Combined with A citretin capsule in the treatment of the combined group of patients, a total of 12 weeks of treatment, follow-up time to 6 months. To observe the change of PASI score, adverse reactions, serum TNF-a content, IL-23 content, IL-17 content and the SPSS19.0 software. The data analysis, treatment and evaluation of curative efect （P 〈 0.05） showed statistical signifcance, but on the contrary, there was no statistical signifcance. Results The combined group after 12 weeks of treatment compared with the simple numerical scores of PASI group decreased signifcantly （P 〈 0.05）; combined therapy group total efective rate （95%） and control group （75%） signifcant efect （P 〈 0.05）; adverse reactions in combined group after treatment the total incidence of 9 cases （22.5%）, simple group the total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in 17 cases （42.5%）. The diference between the two groups signifcantly, P 〈 0.05, the combined group decreased signifcantly; the content of TNF-a in serum, the combined treatment group after the content of IL-23, the content of IL-17 is obviously superior to the single group, the diference has statistical signifcance （P 〈 0.05） the hospitalization time of the combined group was signifcantly lower than that of the simple group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）.
