摘　　要：目的总结吸脂机抽吸注射隆胸患者体内聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶围手术期护理措施及术中配合要点。方法回顾性分析97例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆胸后,采用吸脂机取出填充物患者的临床资料,总结术中配合要点及围手术期护理措施。结果 97例患者手术均顺利完成,超声复查体内聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶基本抽吸干净,乳房硬结、变性等并发症得到明显改善。结论吸脂机抽吸法是清除体内注射物的一种有效方法,术中密切协作,围手术期科学护理是保证手术顺利进行,提高治疗效果的重要环节。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures and intraoperative coordination of polyacrylamide hydrogel in liposuction and injection augmentation breast augmentation patients. Methods The clinical data of 97 patients who underwent liposuction after liposuction with polyacrylamide hydrogel were retrospectively analyzed. The main points of intraoperative cooperation and perioperative nursing measures were summarized. Result The operation of 97 cases was completed successfully. Ultrasound examination showed that the polyacrylamide hydrogel was clean and the complications of breast induration and degeneration were improved obviously. Conclusion Liposuction is an efective way to clear the injection of the body. During the operation, close cooperation and perioperative scientifc nursing are important links to ensure the smooth operation and improve the therapeutic efect.
