摘　　要：目的讨论研究心理护理对阴道缩紧术患者心理状态的影响及临床意义。方法选择我院妇科需行阴道缩紧术患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合完善的心理护理干预。比较两组患者不同程度护理干预后患者焦虑自评量表SAS评分、抑郁自评量表SDS评分及护理满意程度等指标。结果观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁程度改善较多且护理满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行阴道缩紧术患者行心理护理能够帮助患者减轻心理负担,及时获得对病情有帮助的各类信息;同时帮助患者缓解紧张、焦虑等不良情绪对其后续的恢复与预后具有积极意义,可显著提高疾病治疗效率及护理满意程度,改善生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect and clinical significance of psychological nursing on psychological state of patients with vaginal tightening surgery. Method Select 100 patients treated with vaginal tightening surgery in our hospital, which was randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. Both treated with conventional nursing, on this basis the observation group was given perfect psychological nursing intervention. Those scores of the anxiety self rating scale （SAS） and self rating depression scale （SDS） of both groups were compared. Result The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were signifcantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）, its anxiety and depression levels improved more, and the satisfaction degree of nursing was signifcantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion That psychological nursing on psychological state of patients with vaginal tightening surgery could help patients to alleviate psychological burden and obtain various useful information of the conditions. Besides, it could help the patients to relieve their nervousness and anxiety and has positive signifcance to subsequent recovery and prognosis, which could signifcantly improve the efciency of the disease treatment and the satisfaction degree of the nursing, and improve the quality of life.
