中国传统文化优秀基因的现代转换与发展——兼论《思想道德修养与法律基础》教学中的实践理路

摘　　要：中国传统文化的优秀基因可以概括为刚健不息的理想信念、忠贞爱国的民族精神、尚合中庸的人生修养、崇仁尚礼的伦理道德、德法并辅的治理思维,其鲜明的"以文化人"特质与"思想修养道德与法律基础"课与大学生思想品德教育和法制教育的目标具有密切的契合性。因此,为了进一步优化"基础"课内容设计和教学效果之间的切适性,更好地完成教书育人的任务,有必要挖掘和运用中国传统文化的优秀基因以加深其理论深度,增强历史厚重感与现实丰富性,使中国传统文化优秀基因历时态转化发展与"基础课"共时态教学优化相结合。The merits of Chinese traditional culture include unbending faith, patrioticZnational spirit, mean Confucian doctrine, virtue and morality ethics and morality-law government. There is a close relationship among merit of “people with culture”, goals of discipline and legality education, and the course “Ethical sense and legal basis”. With purposes to optimize the cooperation between designs of course contents and teaching quality and to better fulfill teaching quality, it is necessary to develop and utilize merits of Chinese traditional culture. Based on this, the course can get a better balance between history and reality, and the merits also can be transformed and developed in educational practices.
