摘 要:目的探究不同发汗条件对发汗丹参中丹参酮类含量的影响,筛选丹参的发汗条件。方法以发汗堆积量(A)、发汗环境温度(B)、发汗时间(C)3个条件因素水平,采用正交设计方法对同一批次丹参鲜品进行发汗处理,采用高效液相色谱法对发汗丹参中丹参酮类(丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ)的含量进行测定。结果不同的发汗条件因素对发汗丹参中丹参酮类的含量有显著影响,不同发汗条件因素对丹参酮类的影响依次为发汗环境温度(B)、堆积量(A)、发汗时间(C)。结论丹参酮类的含量受不同的发汗条件影响显著,为制定丹参药材产地初加工技术标准及其标准操作流程提供实验基础和参考依据。Objective To investigate the influence of different sweating conditions on the content of tanshi-nones in Salvia miltiorrhiza,and to screen out the optimal sweating conditions for Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods With sweating volume (A) , ambient temperature (B) , and sweating time (C) as three condition factors,an orthogonal design was used for sweating processing of a batch of fresh Salvia miltiorrhiza. High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of tanshinones (tanshinone HA, cryptotanshinone, and tanshinone I ). Results Different sweating condition factors had significant influence on the content of tanshinones , and among these factors , ambient temperature (B) had the most significant influence on tanshinones , followed by sweating volume (A ) and sweating time ( C ). Conclusion Different sweating conditions have signiticant influence on the content of tanshinones , which provides experimental basis and reference for developing the technical standards for initial processing of Salvia miltiorrhiza in its producing area and related standard operating procedures.
