摘　　要：食品产业是黑龙江的优势产业,其快速发展对黑龙江的经济结构优化升级起着至关重要的作用。调研发现:黑龙江食品产业发展存在产业链短,精、深加工比例小、增速低、产业效益低、市场竞争优势不明显等问题。本文基于GEM模型,从基础、主体、市场三个方面确定影响黑龙江食品产业集群发展的因素,提出促进产业集群发展的相关对策。The food industry is the dominant industry in Heilongjiang province. Its rapid development plays an important role in the optimizing and upgrading of economic structure. The research found that the development of food industry in Heilongjiang province has some problems, such as the industrial chain is short, the ratio of refined and deep processing is small, the growth rate and industrial efficiency are low, market competitive advantage is not obvious, and so on. Based on GEM model, the factors influencing the development of food industry cluster in Heilongjiang province were determined from three aspects of basic factors, main factors and market factors, in order to put forward to promote the development of superior industrial cluster in Heilongjiang province.
