摘  要:通过酸碱抽提技术富集延迟焦化分馏塔塔顶油水分离器中油相和水相的酸碱性有机物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其进行分析。结果发现,分布在油相中的酸性有机物以二取代甲基苯酚为主,还含有少量苯酚及苯硫酚;油相中的碱性有机物以二取代甲基吡啶为主,没有检测到吡啶和单取代甲基吡啶。而在水相中的酸性有机物主要含有苯酚、单取代和二取代甲基苯酚;水相中碱性有机物则是以吡啶和苯胺类化合物为主要形式存在。分析表明,水相中的有机物直接源自于油相,由于这些酸碱性有机物在水中的溶解度不同,导致它们在油水两相中分布有所差异;这些非烃类有机化合物对后续处理装置会产生不利影响,应当去除或减少它们的含量。The acidic and basic organic compounds in oil phase and water phase in the oil/water separator of delayed coking fractionation tower were extracted via employing acid and alkali extraction techniques,respectively.The compositions of acidic and basic organic compounds were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The analytical results had shown that the most of acidic organic compounds extracted from oil phase were di-substituted methyl phenols and small amount of thiophenol.Meanwhile,di-substituted methyl pyridines accounted for a large proportion of basic organic compounds in the oil.However,none pyridine and substituted methyl pyridines were detected in oil phase.About the water phase,more phenol and mono-substituted or di-substituted methyl phenols were main acidic organic compounds.As for the basic compounds,pyridine and aniline compounds were mainly concentrated in sour water.Then,it was concluded that the organic compounds in water phase must be come from the oil phase directly.Due to distinctly different solubility of the compounds,the distribution of acidic and basic compounds exist apparent difference.Addition to,the non-hydrocarbon organic compounds which bring adverse effect to the next process units should be removed.
