摘  要:优选Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理白术多糖提取液的工艺条件。以多糖保留率、蛋白质去除率、固形物去除率为评价指标,通过单因素实验分别考察药液比、水浴温度、澄清剂加入量、水浴保温时间对澄清效果的影响,在此基础上采用正交实验进行工艺条件的优化。最佳澄清工艺条件为药液比[m(白术)∶V(水)]=1∶15g/mL,澄清剂加入量V(b)∶V(a)∶V(药液)=10∶5∶100,水浴温度50℃,水浴时间20 min。在此条件下:多糖保留率98.74%,蛋白质清除率85.34%,固形物去除率30.62%。结果表明Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂用于澄清白术多糖提取液的效果良好。To optimize process of water extract of polysaccharide from Atractylodes macrocephal byⅡtype ZTC1+1 type natural clarifying agents,with retention rate of polysaccharide and removal rate of protein and solid as indexes,singal factor experiments were adopted to effect the charification process by extracting concentration,water bath temperature,amount of ZTC1+1 natural clarifying,water bath time,and under these conditions orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize charification process.The optimal conditions were as follows:extracting concentration to 1∶15(quality of Atractylodes macrocephala:volume of water),natural clarifying agents adding amount was V(b)∶V(a)∶V(medical solution)=10∶5∶100,water bath temperature at 50℃ with 20 min.Under these conditions,retention rate of polysaccharide was 98.74%,removal rate of protein and solid were 85.34% and 30.62% respectively.The charification process effect of ZTC1+1 type natural clarifying agents to water extract of polysaccharide from Atractylodes macrocephaly is good.
