摘  要:金堆城钼业股份有限公司百花岭选矿厂通过对钼精矿中碳来源分析,直接加强岗位操作、添加低铬合金钢球、用煤油捕收剂代替YC捕收剂等各种措施,使钼精矿中碳由3.4%降低到1.5%左右,然后再将钼精矿高温加热烘干,进一步除去钼精矿中的有机碳,最终将钼精矿中碳降低到0.6%以下,使产品达到生产高纯二硫化钼的质量要求。In Baihualing Dressing Plant, by a variety of countermeasures , such as analyzing the source of carbon in molybdenum concentrate , strengthening the post operation directly, adding low chrome alloy steel ball, replacing YC collecting agent with kerosene collecting agent,carbon content in molybdenum concentrate was decreased from 3. 4% to 1.5% . By heating and drying the molybdenum concentrate at high temperature to further remove organic carbon in molybdenum concentrate, the carbon in molybdenum concentrate was decreased to below 0. 6 % eventual-ly , thus, the products reached the quality for the production of high purity molybdenum disulfide.
