摘　　要：目的探讨腾讯微云在学校预防接种查验和疫苗补种中的应用。方法从2014年9月—2015年9月在该社区卫生服务中心所辖的56所幼儿园、学校,共计9 643名儿童的查漏补种工作中实践运用。结果腾讯微云不仅操作简单、使用方便,快捷,更重要的是为社区查验证工作人员和各校保健老师搭建了资料、数据的交换、存储和管理的平台。从而增加了查漏补种工作信息沟通的时效性,缩短了查漏补种的周期,提高接种率。结论腾讯微云在学校预防接种查验和漏种补种中有着高效的作用,值得推广使用。Objective To study the application of Tencent cloudlet in the school vaccination verification. Methods The Tencent cloudlet was applied in the vaccination examination work in 9 643 cases of children in 56 kindergartens and schools in the community health service center from September 2014 to September 2015. Results The operation of Tencent cloudlet is simple and rapid, and the most important is to construct a platform of data exchange, storage and management for test staff and healthcare teachers, thus increasing the efficacy of work information communication, shortening the vaccination cycle and improving the vaccination rate. Conclusion The effect of Tencent cloudlet in the school vaccination examination is high, which is worth promotion and application.
