护理风险管理在泌尿外科手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究护理风险管理在泌尿外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院泌尿外科2016年1—8月接收的76例患者进行研究观察。按照随机数表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组38例患者。两组患者均接受泌尿外科手术,观察组采用护理风险管理方法进行研究,对照组采用传统的护理方法进行研究;观察两组患者护理干预后总风险发生率。结果实施护理管理风险观察组的总风险发生率21.05%低于对照组患者总风险发生率42.10%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在泌尿外科手术中有良好的规避风险作用,降低风险事件发生率,护理质量得到提高,同时也提高了患者满意度,降低不良风险发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective To research the application effect of nursing risk management in surgical patients in the department of urinary surgery. Methods 76 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, both groups adopted the operation in the department of urinary surgery, the observation group adopted the nursing risk management method, while the control group adopted the traditional nursing method, and the incidence rate of total risks after the nursing intervention of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence rate of total risk in the observation group after the implementation was lower than that in the control group（21.05% vs 42.10%）, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management has a good risk aversion effect in the operation in the department of urinary surgery, reduce the incidence rate of risk events, improve the nursing quality, improve the satisfactory degree and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
